Edit: For those wondering, I was able to get a full refund on the opened and used Chromebook I mentioned. Rep opened it back up to verify there was no damage and that the serial/model matched the box. Hope this helps.

It does lack some basic features like:
1. Not able to put it to Sleep besides closing the lid or let it sit idle for few mins (no options to change idle to sleep time either)
2. Doesn't have a built-in calendar. I had to download Google calender from app store.
