I've been super happy with my Little Giants. Have left them outside accidentally to get rained and snowed on, exposed to high UV environments, and it just keeps working without plastic parts breaking or corrosion taking over.
Based on the specs, little giant has 1 more foot of reach at the twin step ladder position. Not sure how that happened. I just purchased the HD one last night and it's actually not that heavy
Only difference is the little giant has wheels and nicer extension locks imo. I prefer the hooks cause you can hang tools on it
Otherwise they're both essentially the same. I have both at the moment and it's the same weight. Even though the gorilla claims a foot higher in reach, they're both the same length fully extended. Maybe the gorilla based the higher "reach" for a person with longer arms?

I have this Costco Little Giant ladder and it's my favorite ladder! Tip and glide wheels are a lifesaver for rolling it out or especially rolling it back in after a tiring work day. My property has slopes on two sides of the house and this ladder has built in leg extensions that make it invaluable to me! The spring loaded locks make it very easy to lock in the ladder for the length you want. I have a Warner ladder that is very similar but missing tilt/roll and spring lock. I choose the little giant ladder over the Warner ladder every single time! Of course I do put up both ladders (one short and one tall) when I'm painting my two story house so I don't have to keep changing the config of the ladder

I would just go for which ones cheaper
