Also, the argument of the "chip shortage" and not the mining for GPU scarcity is hilarious. As long as GPUs are money making machines then those that are looking to profiteer off of them are going to buy them all up. If there were no chip shortage then video cards would just be almost impossible to find instead of totally impossible.
There is, however, a big difference between LHR v2 and LHR v1 --> LHR v1 can still hash at full with the leaked 470.05 beta drivers from Nvidia when in a PCI-E x16 slot (or x16 to x16 riser), and when plugged into a display (or using HDMI dummy plug).
LHR v2 can achieve 75% ETH hash rate using the latest version of T-Rex miner, and NBMiner.

Original RTX 30 series: Hash ETH at full potential.
GeForce RTX 3060 - GA106-300 (PCI Device ID: 2503)
New RTX 30 LHR series: No known fix exists for ETH and likely won't be.
GeForce RTX 3060 - GA106-302 (PCI Device ID: 2504)
You can check PCI Device ID from Control Panel, Device Manager and checking the properties of the RTX 3060. Could you please check?
Also when did you order, and when did you receive.
Thanks!
