LG 27" IPS 4K UHD Monitor with VESA Display HDR 400
Model:27UP600-W

Good price for someone is looking for a 4K 60Hz monitor.
27UP600-W is new model released this year. Better contrast ratio and screen brightness comparing to previous model: 27UL600-W: https://www.displaydb.com/compare...lg-27ul600

1. LG seems to have a better color gamut.
2. LG is HDR400 certified with a brightness of 400 cd/m2 although TFT central reviewed the Acer Nitro [tftcentral.co.uk] and found it's max brightness is ~400 too. I couldn't find any reviews of the LG other than customer reviews... I'm debating which one to get myself; Costco's generous return policy + warranty vs Best Buy's holiday return policy idk honestly.

An additional inch diagonally makes a bigger difference than you think. 28 over 27

Maybe if you have one monitor. I have two 27s (up from two 24s) and let me tell you - it's almost too much. I don't game though. I use them more for work. I think it all depends on what you're using it for.

I have Both. Acer is cheaper but that control button is Pain(Back monitor) also you have to manually put HDR mode while ASUS it automatically switch to HDR when you play game.
However ASUS has big annoying power adapter while acer just regular power cord. Also Acer is 28" while Asus is 27"

I agree. I have a pair of 27" and it is nearly too much. The head panning is making my neck tired!
