I don't anything beats this for the price - 120hz screen, Snapdragon 860+ is good enough for almost all tasks, nice build, screen, pen included all for 499. 30 dollars more for the 256GB version doesn't seem bad either. Nice keyboard w/touchpad for it on sale too for about $120, although it seems that has gone even sub $100 recently. On the other side of the fence for this much you get the new iPad mini.

If you search here on SD, you'll see there have been lots of great deals on Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+, most of them being direct from Samsung.
I paid about half this price for a Tab S7 512gb after cash back. My Tab S7+ 256gb came out to about $400 I think, but I remember seeing comments that it was even cheaper on a previous deal.
Due to all the great deals and some previous price mistakes from Samsung, lots of people here have deal alerts set, so if something gets posted that ends up being a bad deal, I've noticed it gets downvoted more than the typical post.
So that reads like a "yes".
And how many upgrade versions will it get?
Will it go to Android 14?
It's like buying a car that has set in the warehouse for a year. And a 3 year warrantee with 2 years left.
I've several Samsung tablets/phones that have stopped getting upgrades and no longer will even run the Wyze software.
Samsung claims they will get 3 upgrades.
So this device has lost 1/3 of its upgrade life.
