I just don't always remember to ask
I find it tasteless and cringe when veterans cry and complain that not enough companies are giving enough perks or discounts for their service. Really? It's an all volunteer service and I didn't raise my right hand so that I could demand a discount. Appreciate but don't expect.

Red Robin till the 14th
I really hate it when people like that make us look bad. When I got out we didn't get or expect stuff like this, in fact we were hated in many places. I remember when Golden corral started doing this and others started following suit, now there are a lot. I don't expect anything, but I do appreciate it. Thanks to all that do it.
100% service related Vietnam Vet.
I fully agree with you, but we didn't all volunteer. The complainers are usually those that did. I for one appreciate any free meals or discounts I get.
