Very true... happened to me with the last Dell Amex promo. All the Xbox GCs got cancelled. They want you to call it in.

And if it's called in, not sure if it would count as a Dell.com order since the payment will be done over the phone and/or the 10% coupon won't apply?

How are people planning to use this for xbox consoles at xbox.com when this offer is for Microsoft.com? Microsoft gift cards can be used at xbox.com so I'm thinking to buy $500 in gift cards then load it to my Microsoft account just to be on the safe side.

The order history shows up on Microsoft.com and not Xbox.com. So basically when you get charged it will say "Microsoft" as the merchant. I know this as i have purchased an Xbox X couple of months ago..

As someone already mentioned they are OOS at the moment. However, as previous comments, download the HotStock app and enable notifications for Xbox X and Halo. MS usually restock every Thursday around 5-7PM EST. I was able to purchase last restock. Make sure address, cc etc linked for faster checkout. Good luck!

"Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US"

APO addresses count as US addresses, but are actually not in the US(some, all? no clue, mine is). CSR has no idea and doesnt want to give me a yes/no whether it'll apply. Anyone have any experience with this?

No luck on any of my 3 AMEX cards... I even tried adding some of the offers to see if the Microsoft one would appear but no luck so far

Just got the Amex email saying I used the offer at MS store. I guess they are getting ready to ship them out next week.
