$40 is being friendly as that would get you a battery, waterproof, bluetooth..etc.
I will be replacing the Insignia 2.1 Channel 80W 36" Wired Soundbar I bought last year. I will also be happily replacing the fire tv interface on the insignia fire tv that I was using . I absolutely hate the fire tv interface, at least compared to roku. So this will allow me to use a single remote to control the sound, tv, and streaming device. With my current setup, I need to use the soundbar remote to turn it on/off.
