Great looking set. I used to work as a mechanic and see a few things I really like about this set. It has all 6 point sockets. For me, this is great. I always preferred 6 point sockets to 12 point. if you use them (a lot), the 12 point sockets wear and get loose. The 6 point ones stay in much netter shape over time. It has a nice variety of short and deep well sockets. in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" drive. You may have use for either the SAE or the metrics but it is nice to have both. Very nice feature that the trays all pull out and each individual piece has a cutout in the tray. Most of my sets came loose, so I had to buy organizers for each piece. This looks like a very solid set. If I were just starting out, I would buy it.

I picked up this set last year for $119 and I am pleased with it. The toolbox connects to my other Tough System boxes. The set itself is very heavy but the tools inside are high quality. I particularly like the ratchets for their precision feel.

I too got this last year for $119 and couldn't have asked for more! I originally picked up a Husky set that was on sale at the same time but returned it for this one because these were all six point socket sets.

I believe the have the same set that I purchased 3-4 years ago but back then it come with 3 front drawers. The drawers lock with side tabs and I see a few buyers complain about them from the same time period I purchased my set. I like the heavy duty handle on mine however the removable trays on this newer set may work better? Lots of comments about the handle not being strong enough that would worry me if you are always grabbing to take with you. Nice little set however you may want to wait until the 192 pc Dewalt goes on sale. DWMT75049. Usually goes on sale this time of the year and it much much more comprehensive in the amount of sockets it has! No wrenches but wrench sets are easy to find!

I think it was a typo and they meant they haven't USED the SAE sockets not "never use". At least that is all I could gather from it.

I need this like I need another hole in my head but all those 6 points are tempting. I have older craftsmen Made in the USA sets and there is nothing wrong with them, they just put very few 6 points in the sets.
