Seems like a very slight upgrade of the internals compared to the ZTE Blade 7 Prime.
Recently they started locking the device for 60 days. After 60 days, it will unlock automatically.
Given that they were locking this phone's predecessor, it wouldn't be surprising if this is locked as well.
