It says "returns or exchanges accepted within 14 or 30 days after purchase."
I kept everything in a bag with all the receipts. If it doesn't trigger the credit in 13 days, I'll head back to att and return it!!!
The name changed to something else and still didn't get the credit yet. Didn't return the items. Sent a message to chase.

First time doing this offer. Also got an odd name posted, from a corporate store. How soon should the offer show redeemed at chase, if lucky?
For one of my cards, the first online purchase went through, then AT&T started blocking the card, so I had to go into the store to make the second transaction.
I made sure to go to a corporate store and not an authorized retailer. Made another accessory purchase. The pending charged show some variation of AT&T; however, once posted the charge changed to "SAN DIMAS RETAIL." The purchase was made on 12/15. There has been no indication that the offer was successfully redeemed and I was going to message Chase tonight when I saw that the $75 had been credited without any intervention.

Made my purchases in a local store on Dec 21st.
I transaction that I split into two payments at $37.71 each. They posted to my account as "AT&T PN26" with store location name
Got my $75 credit posted Dec 28th
any update?
I end up getting a lot of craps, like Apple USB-c 20W charger.
Corporate doesn't matter. It also showed up as an odd name for me, and I just called in chase to escalate. Difficult deal.

Store pick-up had some weird billing issues. They charged my Chase card for one item, but I has to pay tax for it at the store when I picked it up. On the other pad, it fully charged me online. I called Chase to escalated it. We'll see what happens next.
