For one of my cards, the first online purchase went through, then AT&T started blocking the card, so I had to go into the store to make the second transaction.
I made sure to go to a corporate store and not an authorized retailer. Made another accessory purchase. The pending charged show some variation of AT&T; however, once posted the charge changed to "SAN DIMAS RETAIL." The purchase was made on 12/15. There has been no indication that the offer was successfully redeemed and I was going to message Chase tonight when I saw that the $75 had been credited without any intervention.
Made my purchases in a local store on Dec 21st.
I transaction that I split into two payments at $37.71 each. They posted to my account as "AT&T PN26" with store location name

My charges showed up with AT&T in the title and then the store name.
Send chase a message and ask them is the best course of action. Also, keep in mind that i think return policy is 14 days on accessories so factor that into your decision to wait for the credit or not

How many days between trx posting and finally the credit showing up? Same thing happened to me, and I am worried about the credit.
Got and added offers on 2 of my Chase cards.
Got charged once on card 1 for my at&t prepaid account for $77 on Auto pay. Instantly received an email from Chase saying you've used one of your offers.
Mind you this is 1 charge over $75 and not 2.
I proceeded to manually charge two amounts over $38 each to card #2. Received an email each time confirming I've used the offer.
No credits yet of course, but I did get 3 emails so far for prepaid charges.
I went back to card #1 and to be on the safe side charged another $39 on card #1 because I had only put 1 amount on it so far. No automatic email yet on confirming use of a Chase offer.
Now I'm confused if credits will eventually post to either Chase cards.
The offers expire on the 21st I believe.

About a week later I got a notification on my phone that said "Cash Back Earned: BankAmeriDeals(R) redeemed for AT&T. View details of your next scheduled cash back payment." Strange thing is, I called customer service to verify that the deal redemption had fully gone through, and the phone rep wasn't sure as he only saw one "AT&T" charge posted on my account.

They told me that I just wait 30 days from my second purchase, and only then I can escalate my claim. So I'm gonna have to email them again on Feb 15
I emailed chase 1-11-22 regarding the $75 offer that never applied since one of the transaction name changed from AT&T to another different name. They responded and said that they will review my request and respond within the next 14 business days.
Just checked my account and a $75 adjustment credit posted on 2-1-22.
