You need a 11800 or above to be on intels 10nm line. This is not it.

I would avoid this it's an Newegg / MSI mail in rebate I have had horrible luck in the past with the rebates dealing anything with MSI.

Intel's 12th gen CPU is far superior than past generations so don't buy an Intel laptop now. Even their 12th gen i5 is better than AMD's Ryzen 9.

We're a few months out from AMDs next gen too. Might be worth a wait if you can. If you can't wait for 4-5 months, these aren't a bad price.
