My previous experiences with an air fryer was not good. It was a crumby little 2 qt with a knob for the timer and another for the temp, and nothing else. I didn't get the hype and love for air fryers at all. A coworker finally talked me into getting a bigger one a few months ago, and now I use the Gourmia all the time.
