Don't see this posted anywhere and this seems like a way better deal than past ones with a lower cash back. Great for free cell phone accessories.

In addition to the online deals, check in store for promotions too. I just got back from the store, and they had a B2G1 free offer, which works on pretty much anything minus Apple OEM stuff. I picked up the Pelican case for my Pixel 6, along with two 72w multi-port USB-C chargers. The two chargers and the case were $40 each, so with the in store promo it came out to $80+ tax, which I split into two transactions to redeem the offer.

And of course I forgot to take a screenshot of the offer page. Hopefully it posts otherwise I'll return the unused items to AT&T.

If calling bofa doesn't help try waiting for a week and then return the items.
Same thing happened to me before with bofa- spent 20 minutes with customer care but dint work

Usually after redeeming an offer it disappears from deals section. It may take a week to post the cash back. Once the cash back is posted, the deal appears in redeemed section. So there is some period of time deal will neither show in added section nor in redeemed section. That has been my experience with bofa deals. Hope that helps.
