I've been with XM for years now, and I don't think I've ever seen a BYOP offer this high before. If you have a number to port in and don't use a lot of data, you can have a line on XM with Unltd. Talk/Text for as little as $1.13/m (that's basically only taxes for me in Nor Cal). Their By-the-gig data options costs $15/m ($12/m for grandfathered users), and is shared across all lines on your account. Great deal for me and my usage, but YMMV.
OFFER ENDS 11/17
Now get $200 when you bring your phone to Xfinity Mobile
Switch to Xfinity Mobile for free and receive a $200 prepaid card. Save hundreds with data starting at just $15/mo, along with no activation or phone line access fees. Most iPhones, Galaxy phones, and Pixels are compatible with Xfinity Mobile.

True story, for this promo I used the IMEI of an iPhone 12 that I got from visible and had already sold(!), but still had the IMEI written down somewhere, and used that to pass the compatibility check and order the SIM card. Once I got the shipping confirmation the next day, I activated my service online (select "I already rec'd my SIM card'), and ported in my expiring Tello number...all before receiving the physical SIM card, which looks like it will be delivered tomorrow.
I've done this BYOD promo several times over the years and never had a problem receiving the git card. They don't check if you are actually using the SIM or phone it was signed up with, just that you have the active line and are paying the bills. Of course, YMMV!

Does Google Voice qualify for the promotion?

Yes I have ported from Google voice for this promo when they ran it in the past. I wish there was a list but it seems they will actually accept a port from anywhere.

Xfinity you can use same gig plan for multiple lines.
Transferred my number on 30th.. lost the deal by 2 days. Got $50.
Update: Actually, the very last 'carrier' on the page is listed as "Other". I don't know if this page is an actual list of eligible carriers or just a support page. I think if it was strictly enforced they would reference a list somewhere in the promo terms.
