This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Anyone know how much they usually discount for a cracked screen? I have an old S7 edge with a cracked front screen. Also - its an international version (not sure if that matters).

Is anyone still able to buy the S7 256GB? I tried a few times and it said (at checkout) the item was out of stock and they nicely removed it (and all the other things) from my cart.

The 128GB was available so I went that route, but would rather have the 256GB model. Probably too late.

I have one in similar condition as well but I wouldn't risk it. Samsung trade in is a mess even when you have a completely fine phone, let alone sending them a cracked screen

Be careful of those trade in offers. If something goes wrong where you end up cancelling/returning your order, they will not return your trade-in. They promised me credit for the trade-in device, but did not honor it for 5 months! I had to email/call them multiple times. This was about 3 years ago, but I've been very hesitant to do trade-ins with Samsung.

This is a very good deal but I'm got PTSD from my last experience ordering the S7+. As much as I'd love to buy one I don't want to relive the experience I had if they decide to suddenly cancel it.
