This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I'm confused on trade in tablets. . .tab A 10.1 (2016) is on the list but not the tab a 10.1 (2019). . .??? I have the latter, and just want the bigger screen of the 12.4 FE for use on an elliptical, and the free buds to gift. . .and not much else, and would consider in my usage case a good trade

I did trade in a Nexus 7 before using Google and not Asus. They should.. It is their Samsung baby... Otherwise i will return the tablet. I have an s7. Ordered a s7 fe for the toddler to watch vids while i shower and get ready to go to office.
