This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Got a 64 gb Tab S7 FE with the earbuds for $86.34 That's crazy!! Trading in a old Tab S2 that I haven't touched in over a year that doesn't quite keep up. Got the order going to Bestbuy for pickup tomorrow. Everything I've read still says they send an email with the FedEx shipping label for you to send in your device later. Just make sure you document with a couple pictures and a quick video

if you do pickup, how will trade in work? dont they send a trade in box to your shipping address? if you do pick up, all you provide is the billing address. is the trade in process separate?

through browser extension. Go through Samsung homepage and go to tablets and then to Samsung S7. Hopefully it should show up then once you reach the S7 page.

Happened to me once, I've still gone on to trade in a Z Flip, Note 10+, Note 20 Ultra 5g and S21 Ultra 5g without issues.
