Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

1 thing people need to read the trade in rules; meaning don't send in the S pen for your devices, watches aren't to be on the band simply the watch face, never send in the chargers etc etc all these things and more are stated on the trade in rules; they will (and have) charged for disposal of those things. I was charged $15 once and was annoyed i went as far as filling a BBB report since chat and emails gave me no answers. It ended up i was charged for them disposing of the watch bands to my Galaxy Watch, the S pen with the tab a and the watch charger.

Decided to go for the fe 12.4 so I tried to cancel the order to get the free buds again and Samsung couldn't cancel the order. Guess the order is already processing at Best Buy.
AND i guarantee you 2 week down the road, your trade-in will get rejected, then you owe them another $350, their CS will convince you to keep the tablet instead of returning it in exchange for another $200 off...so you fork-out a total of $600 for the tablet...
basically it's standard price + tax
that's how samsung fk consumers these days...
