This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Yeah, wi-fi model uses SD778G versus SD750G on the 5G model. Highly recommend doing at least 128GB as well, as 6GB RAM should really be standard for a tablet at this point if you plan on doing any multitasking.

See what happens. I have an old iPad that works I don't use and s7+ would be better. I traded in an iPhone 6s and got free buds for the s7 silver for $119. So it even one works out I will be ahead.

It's suspicious that any and all tablets are credited at $350. 7" same value as one year old 11"?? Or 5 year old iphone 6s same value as newer iphone x??? I see no lost of eligible tablets just "tablet = ok".

I can vouch for this comment, sent in a working tablet only to have samsung send me a picture of my tablet with a massive crack in the screen. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to send my now broken tablet back to me. They didn't account for the fact that recorded video of the working, undamaged tablet being wrapped in protection and placed in the packaging and sealed. I sent them video and pics, they gave me my money back.

Samsung will send you instructions on the trade in — they will mail you a box with prepaid mailing label.

Send it off then wait…

Box will go to billing address you put when ordering.

Just wanted to share that I have chatted with Samsung Customer care and also got an email confirmation that you can trade-in any working Apple iPad 9.7 model..It could be as far as the iPad 2 that launched in 2011 to any of the recent ones. They will fulfill the order and honor the $350 trade-in discount. In my case. I had an old iPad 2 that was in storage but works fine; so i shared the model no and they confirmed it's eligible so long as its in working condition since it meets the criteria being Apple iPad which is 9.7 inches screen size

They're a reputable seller that's been around for a while. I would still wait to make sure that the Samsung orders ship or can be picked up before going around buying accessories for them.
