This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Same here, 22 minutes apart.

I still don't see when and where to send the trade-in item.
Don't be so confident…I don't know where that "absolutely" is coming from.

Trust…being on the phone with their customer service is HORRENDOUS…
And there are so many things that could happen in the interim. This all seems like such an elaborate waste of time.

Sure, if they are trading galaxy s7 phone and not galaxy s7 tab. They didn't mention phone so I ended up assuming s7 tab just like you're assuming it's phone since it wasn't mentioned by op. Having said that, s7 phone would make more sense.

Yes, but remember that they may charge your card for the remaining $350. The last time I waited on this deal they had my money in limbo for months (albeit I was hoping they wouldn't cancel…)

You only have a 2-week window to return after receiving the product as well.

You have to return it within 15 days. Other posters and I have posted instances where trade-ins were sent in, it took some time to process the trade-in, got rejected, and it was past Samsung's return window. I ordered this deal but it's making me weary of whether they'll actually give me $350 or just the $150 they usually give for an Air 2.
