This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I have an Asus ZenPad 10s. It is in mint condition because I barely used it and I put a case and a glass screen protector on it since day 1. Should I remove the glass screen protector before I send it to Samsung or leave it on the tablet? It has zero scratches.

I still have the original box and everything.

S7 at $150 is a better deal then S7 FE at $120. Only because S7 is currently going for around $530 where as the S7 FE is going for $430.

Just think of it like this: how much time do you have to put into the transaction after its made for this to work? Is it work all the stress and nail-biting?

I'm not trying to be a downer but their Hoops are just too insanely irritable and frustrating to jump through, even with the $350 savings. There are so many risks here. You will waste heaps of time down the road if something goes wrong and potentially be at a loss of money if they bill you and you can't cancel.

Order confirmation email received. 120 bucks for S7 FE and bud. Can't beat that. Had one spare old ass S7 phone. We will see if it ships. Ordered with card that I am planning to cancel in few days. If they refuse the trade in, they can pound sand.
