This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

The fact that they only offer 14 day returns even during the holidays should be enough to tell you they are bad company or at least their online branch is evil. I tried cancelling within an hour after reading the comments since it's not that great of a deal for me to gamble the potential hundreds of dollars loss on a product I am just meh about. On the bright side they offer free returns so I plan on intitiating a return as soon as the tablet arrives. Just a normal SD waste of time versus a potential catastrophe

This is the way to go. I think some people try scare tactics, but I've always had luck with Samsung trade ins. Only once was denied, but I took video of the device and called them, and without even showing proof they reversed the charge.

5 years ago I had a fiasco with Samsung with regards to a set of earphones. I decided never to order from Samsung again, no matter how good is the deal.

I have an iPad Air 1 which works ver well for its age but has a few dot size dings on the sides and home button some times doesn't register double press. Did anyone in past had a problem with this kind of device condition

Yep...we have proof with order conformation shlwing evertlythong...if anything ñlace comñaint with my xredit card company since they ve alwayas tokk care of me..never had any issues with sammy

I have traded in 2 tablets (S4,S6) so far last year or so and both went through without a glitch, i was not sure about the S6 bc it was purchased used from CL with the sim card option but they accepted it, anyway I purchased the FE 64gb and Buds on this deal chose Best buy pick up with a old 6S Plus laying around as trade in, total $107 with a $31 tax ouch. lets see what happens today with pick up.

There was an option at checkout on Samsung for Best Buy pickup.

I'm wary of BB return and restocking fees so I just went the Samsung route.

Yeah I always take a few photos, video of screen and device at different angles, include IMEI or settings.

I usually include a note with the return saying I did that.

my tax was $31 on a $75 total, our sales tax is like 6.75 in NE Ohio, they taxed me on the the whole amount before trade in price as they did before with all my previous purchases from Samsung.
