Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

Anyways theres an option you can choose for them to send it back to you if they reject the trade in, just further solidifying the above is hyperbolic at best. You cant come out worst, in the worst case you end up with your original device back.
When do they send the return label for the trade in device?
Figured it's better to milk the 5 day pickup window so you can send the device now and give yourself more leeway if they deny the trade in (so you can return the best buy tablet/buds within the 14 days)
Or do they send the trade in label after you pick it up at Bestbuy?

Hope it doesn't come to this with this offer. But last time wasn't even a trade in offer just a straight up purchase. That's why this can get potentially even messier
