Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Note: they mention they can even remotely disable your device (!!!) if they feel you haven't kept up your end of the deal with a proper trade-in.

Im also trading in a LG G Pad for the $350 credit. Nothing is wrong with it. Just battery life and speed is abysmal. Glad to finally get rid of it. But what happens if they dont accept it? Can they automatically charge me from my Paypal account? Can it be disputed that way? Just asking in case such event occurs.
If I click on the Manage Order button in my order confirmation email, it does say it's cancelled.

I usually include a note with the return saying I did that.
That being said, I speculated whether the receiving techs decided to just take it and keep it since it was pretty much new. I don't know what the receiving process looks like but I can speculate some may say they received an empty box or something?

I'm guessing that BB cancelled it for some reason but not because it's out of stock because my BB shows they have the S27 128GB in stock.
