This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

Don't waste your time. These are the members who have never done any trade-insz couch experts. Here is the proof https://www.samsung.com/us/trade-...de-in-faq/. You don't need to send chargers or other accessories with your trade

The past few phone trade-ins I did with Samsung, I simply turned the phone around in the case (so the back was facing out--so I suppose you're risking the camera lens breaking) and surrounded it with bubble wrap. Never had an issue.

Alright got their CS guy to say my crap lg tablet I got for free from T-Mobile 3 years ago is eligible. Problem is, it has lineage os on it with an unlocked bootloader. Does Samsung care if it's like this or should I revert?

Ok going to chat and see what CS says. Nexus 10 is manufactured by Samsung but it is is Google tablet. When it boots it displays Google for example.
