This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tabletsâ€Ļjust go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-inâ€Ļjust to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delayâ€Ļ

If you don't receive a separate email after you pick up your item for trade-in label/instructions, you can try and go back to your previous email that had your order details where you can click on a tab that says "Manage order" then scroll down to where it's say your trade-in item and see if it says label created then can click on that tab to download the label. It took about 1hr after pickup for them to email me my trade-in label.

It was it seems. . .same trade in value for any tablet. . .$350 for any Lenovo, now $25 for any lenovo. . .and then the buds 2 as well, now gone. What proves your case is the buds 2 only showed up IF you traded in, and $350 for most any trade, and both the Buds 2 and the $350 trade in showed up in the same promo box meant for just the free buds 2 promo after you accept trade in terms, which is not normal

Anyone tell me how to ship the trade in ? And where to? I just pick up the tablet and earbud from Best Buy and they seems not sure what happen I ask them where I can trade in and how but none of them can answer my question . I paid 200 total include the tax in CA . And I don't want my credit card have 350 charge suddenly.
