Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

The tablet I wanted (S7) was cancelled for reasons unknown and I had to settle for the S7 FE. I'd rather have the smaller tab with 120Hz. Anyone wanna trade?
I'm not really sure what to do. I guess I just document the condition of my Tab S2 9.7 really well and hope they don't play games.

Well on the bright side, they did limit one free buds pro per account. And I no longer get the EPP discount (like 3-4$ off the $118 S7 FE) but other than that..all good bru
All my 10+ orders went through this time too.
I did use 2 different account for getting the buds pro, but then you know what they are like 20-30$ bucks anyways not worth creating separate accounts for each buds pro per account.
Rather use the Raku CB and no EPP discount (edu or otherwise) + no buds is still a good deal as long as you have cheapo tablet or old phone to send them in
I still love my Ipad Pro 12.9" though, just the price of the tablets with trade in $350 is ridiculous compared to my $1500 ipad pro. I mean granted Apple is good quality but for $100-200 shit samsung is not crap either.
I like both, and have both.
I just wish Samsung could extend the return period for the new device if they deny the trade in. Right now is 2 weeks return for new tab. But trade in is shipped during those 2 weeks plus inspection...
