This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

My shipping confirmation didn't include that information and my Trade-In label says created but won't let me download it

Anyone get a cancellation notice on the buds but a ready pickup for a s7 FE? Not sure if I should attempt to get Samsung to honor it or accept it as a pretty good deal.

No, put the tablet inside that Samsung box. You'd still need to put that inside a shipping box and then put the FedEx label on the outside of that box and not the Samsung box

Use brown cardboard box 📦. Not the S7 tablet box. The brown box that you usually get when you order from Amazon.

Before that bubble wrap the tradein device to protect it. take videos and photos.

Let us know if you chose Asus or Google. This tablet technically speaking fall under both companies. It was a collaboration between the two. What makes it interesting is it's branded Asus, but it's says Google on the back of the box. Google used to do this with Huawei, LG, Samsung, HTC for their Nexus lineup. I am sure any competent person working in trade-in department should know this, but Samsung outsources it to a 3rd-party company.

I have a tab s2 with following issues:
1. back cover has a minor crack (after battery replacement)
2. The device doesnt charge properly.

Any chance of this flying (even with some charge back) with Samsung? If not, I have another one (s2 tab) but it has minor burn-in in the screen - no other issues. Which one has a better chance?

Based on the comments here, it feels like even mint condition items are iffy. So may just turn out to be a waste of everyone's time.

1st downside of the FE vs the regular one...
When playing YouTube 4K 60fps hdr.. FE stutters like crazy and won't ever become smooth... The regular one.. With the same vid... Is Ok.. So smooth beginning to end.
Note:I played the 4k hdr 60fps sniper will Smith(gemini man) . I made sure quality was 4k 60hrd. Try it

Same thing has happened to me. Ordered the FE Saturday morning. Headphones were cancelled 2 hours later and the tablet stayed as Processing until this morning. I was surprised this morning to get the email advising it was ready to be picked up at BB. I have been debating contacting Samsung about the headphones.

I ordered one of each of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 12.4 and the Galaxy Tab S7 11.0 and will probably return one of them.

Does anybody have any thoughts or experiences as to the pros and cons of each of these models?

Made 3 orders. One is shipped, one went from processing where you couldn't cancel. Got an email for the 3rd being on hold due to too many orders from same street address and the one that we as pending went to just order made and allows me to cancel. I am thinking they are sifting through orders and looking for multiples. Fingers crossed. None gave me option of Besr Buy pickup, all paid by PayPal.
