This is confusing. So I can trade-in a Nexus 7 tablet and get the $350 credit applied?

Edit: Prepare for tears, y'all. This is going to be a mess.

Friendly advice: If you're interested in any of these tablets…just go buy them outright without the hoops & games. Samsung either has so much customer volume that they don't care about the complaints or they just flat-out don't care about their individual customers. Based on the many deals prior this year: a small percentage may score this, but there are a lot of variables working against you (1.They Cancel your initial order / 2. cancel your trade-in from a litany of arbitrary reasons and bill you the $350 TIV / 3. make you wait over the tight 2-week return window to verify/appraise your trade-in…just to name a few) and their call centres are HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT and time-intensive to deal with when there are issues. People have even had their money in limbo for weeks to months (without using CC chargeback) in hopes of getting their orders fulfilled amidst weeks of shipping delay after delay after delay…

I placed it around same time. I just did a chat and the rep mentioned its allotted to fulfillment and would be shipping soon. I haven't got the shipping confirmation yet,

i ordered around Nov 5th 7.20 PM PST and it still shows as In Process with delivery date as Nov 10th. I did receive order confirmation but it may get cancelled due to inventory. Lets see what happens.

3 of my orders will be delivered on Wednesday. It's all confirmed. The 4th, which is the 64GB S7 Fe will not be here until Dec. 3.

Keep the S7, return the fe. Fe screen is sub par. Lower resolution too. Less speakers. I bought the S7+ knowing all this and wanted the big screen size.

I think somehow Samsung put a hold on all orders after realizing they did a mistake. My orders are all stuck and no shipping is happening. I say expect mass cancelations!!

Yep, I think I was out $70 total for it after trading in an old work phone plus the EDU discount. Sadly the SIM reader died on it and because of the supply chain issues, Samsung couldn't repair -- they sent me a nice $600 check instead. laugh out loud Now I'm just rocking my old OnePlus 6T again and waiting for a worthy upgrade.

That's not what they told me. Chat on Samsung CS, they say it's ok so long as it's Samsung tab A that is on the accepted list. I've tab A (2016) but went to tab A 10.5. they can't change it on the system, which is weird. Anyway I won't be opening once received until I get the $350 trade in confirmed.

Same here, CS said it would not be a problem, I am just going to print out the screen shots of the convo where the rep confirms everything and put them with the tablet when I send it in.
