Good price. Essentially candy bars with a twist.

They're not energy bars in the same way as like a monster or Red Bull. They're meant for hikers and other strenuous outdoor activities where you need that shot of sugar and calories.

Last time I ordered this, many of them were stale. Still enjoyed getting a big variety pack!

Do people honestly get energy from these or is it just a gimmick? Not sure if I am immune, since I need as much energy as possible during covid time lol.

I love me some Cliff bars; have a few stashed in every desk or glovebox!

Here is a reading link for people like me who overthink everything https://www.eatthis.com/clif-bar/

awesome, thanks! i needed another s&s item to get to the second tier discount, and these are great for hunting.

i would not recommend these to people who are looking for a snack in their day to day life.. not exactly healthy... but if you are doing strenuous activities... hiking, etc... they are great for between meals, or to extend your between meal times.

Well, a lot of people eat these thinking it's diet food. If you're trying to lose weight, it's extremely misleading.

There are 45g of carbs in one bar. A slice of cake usually has around 35g of carbs for reference.

Yes, you're immune to simple carbohydrates & fat. These aren't caffeinated...unless you're hypoglycemic you're not going to get an instant jolt of energy, not that they claim that to begin with.

Where does it say these are for weight loss? Is it misleading or are people just illiterate? Please continue your comparison between a Clif bar and a slice of cake. I assume you're also going to mention where each of the macronutrients are sourced between the two.

Look at the packaging. You don't think consumers notice that? It's marketing 101, if you put pictures of people doing active sports, they are going to assume it's "healthy". Most consumers don't know how to read the nutritional label, so pictures or buzz words like "9g of protein" nullify everything else on the back.

Clearly, the fact that people have an opinion about these bars is upsetting you. Eat them if you want, no one cares what you put in your stomach.
