Just the one.

If you mean drill bits, then no. It comes with a dual-end driving bit, though.

It's a better drill, a better deal, and most people prefer orange and black over the boring red Mil. That being said, you're going to get better performance with brushes than you will with a brushless drill. The more parts, the better, right?

I take issue with your statement 'very light duty drill', I've used a similar model for anything you might have used a drill for and it has performed well for over 10 years. Any homeowner (not just the ladies) can utilize this for 99% of the jobs required.
I don't understand your comment. The Black & Decker 20V Max is probably the most popular battery of all the ones you posted. I have a back-pack sprayer, a chain saw, a pole saw, a blower, a sawsall type saw, a circular saw, a weed wacker and and a flashlight that all use this battery. And that is what makes this a great price. The batteries are ~$22 to $40 depending on when and where you buy them.
Bought one like 10 years ago, still does what it needs to do. Actually use the clutch capability a lot when putting together furniture. Used mostly for jobs around the house, not a contractor. Always tempted to buy a new one but there's not really a good reason for it.

Seems like a good deal, in for 1. Any reason why this isn't a good deal?

Definitely a good deal if you want a drill. If you were looking to get a bunch of things that all use that same battery though I might stay away. Stanley owns B&D, Porter Cable, and Craftsman, and they all seem to target the same market. Craftsman seems to be where Stanly is focusing this segment. And now that Walmart seems to have switched away from B&D to HART, Porter Cable is sort of an exclusive to Tractor supply, and lowes (which at times has/had all 3) seems to only really have craftsman, I suspect B&D might fade away... I could be wrong... I'm just saying, don't buy the drill thinking you'll buy a tool only leaf blower in the summer that uses the same battery.

If you're already in the system, buy it... Buy it now....

If you're not already in the system, I can't find anywhere local that normally stocks this system anymore, can you?

Edit: "Local"
Edit2: The tool bear guy has this same opinion, maybe he's clearer then I am.

As a stand-alone deal this may be OK. My B&D 20v. blower and string trimmer get maybe 20 mins. of use and then need like 2-3 hrs. to recharge. So, I'd say go with another brand for heavier use in the future in a wider range of tools. Look for a Ryobi refurb deal for a little more $ IMO.

I have quite a few of these tools now. Homeowner, not a pro but I'm not shy about picking up a tool and making / doing something myself.

I got tired of the batteries of other tools wearing out and needing replacement, most specifically Dewalt. Bought one of these drills and it's been great. Bought other tools like the trimmer a d the leaf blower later. Even own a vacuum now. The great thing about these tools is the tendency to be included with a batter and charger. I probably have 6 batteries now and so never run out of available power. No complaints from me, except that the power of the blower is kinda weak.

Buying this just so I can have one to use as a driver.

As long as you realize you're buying a very light duty drill for occasional household use ( just like that lady in the pics) it's okay. It's about as much as you can expect in a new drill for $25, today.

Maybe buy one now, in case something of better value doesn't show up come Black Friday / Cyber Monday?

Let's put all this bantering back and forth to rest. I have sold tools (mostly found on SlickDeals) for over 15 years. I sell mostly DeWalt and Milwaukee with an occasional Bosch, Ryobi, Porter Cable, SKIL and Black+Decker tool. I own and use the Milwaukee M12 line (about 10 different tools) but I also own and use a Black+Decker 18V Drill like this deal as my go to beater.

This is an excellent homeowners tool and at this price I'M BUYING A COUPLE TO FLIP and maybe a couple to keep for the batteries.

For this price NOTHING COMES CLOSE!

I bought this drill kit for a similar price from Amazon Warehouse a few months ago because I needed a replacement charger for my B&D sweeper. This is a great price for a new one. It's definitely lighter duty than my Bosch 18V drill but it's also noticeably lighter.

Edit: Wrong model. I bought this 20V Max [amazon.com].

The Ryobi deal for $26 drill, battery and charger was a better option IMHO. I have black and decker, dewalt, Ryobi and Milwaukee. I'd take Ryobi over black and decker any day. Black and decker works but Ryobi is better built with far more options for expansion.
