Had my set since 2017. They're really nice. Dropped them a few times by accident which could occasionally jam the dials up. Fortunately, the fix was easy and there's youtube videos to guide you. For benching I would recommend laying out a couple office chair foam cushions on either side of you if you want to go to fatigue. The foam cushions the landing when you have to bail the dumbbells. The rotating mechanism can get messed up from a fast drop. It feels better to just lower them to the cushions than to try and sit up with the weights.

Oh, and I'm using the box the dumbbells came in as a "stand". The height is fine. Surprisingly the packing foam inside the Bowflex boxes can handle 105lbs sitting on top of it... and for 4 years now.

Total tech membership prices is $279. That is if you have total tech membership. That's a paid service, that i had used in the past for wall mounting TVs and it paid for itself

It think it was 299 at target and walmart ymmv couple of months back. I passed because the weights are too light and the power block system is better

If you have a Sam's Club membership, I saw similar Weider adjustable dumbbells (x2 55lb) in my local warehouse today for $200.

Great deal; get these while you can! I've got the 1090s (bigger set, up to 90 lbs.) that I use frequently.

If you can lift over 50 pounds, I would strongly suggest waiting for the 1090 dumbbells. I usually use the maximum 90lb weight for shrugs, goblet squats, deadlifts etc.
