I have a Queen sized original from 2017. It's my first mattress-in-a-box but it has held up wonderfully over the past few years. Was a bit too firm for me, so I emailed Support and they shipped me a mattress topper which cleared that issue right up (no idea if they still do that). I'd buy it again but the Mint might be better.

We had one a few years back. Was good for a couple of years. Then the foam started getting so soft we woke up with back pain due to the lack of support. Went back to the queen select comfort until the king select comfort got here.

It has good reviews, but so do many others. It seems to cost less than many direct online competitors (i.ie. Nectar, Purple, Casper, etc.). I think I'm going to buy one, but it's cheaper at Sam's. I wonder if I still get the 100-day trial...

The one at Sam's is slightly different and firmer. Make sure you look into the differences.

Anyone a long term user comment how this holds up over period of time? And how is their customer service if you are not happy? Being that its a box mattress it would be difficult to box and send back
