Product of Vietnam and Taiwan
Finished in Mainland China.
I've had better experience with hand tools Made in Taiwan vs Made in China. Not sure where this actually "made".
I mostly need to remove lugs and tend to get metric sizes since I have mostly Japanese vehicles. Wondering if I can get away with not buying SAE.
You'll still find the occasional hold out.
EDIT: HF is 13-piece; has 3 extra sizes on metric set (10mm, 30mm, 32mm) but missing 16mm.

My S uses 22 mm lugs.

The HF set should also be on sale or couponed soon with Black Friday and/or New Years sales for around $20. Note that HF sells both 6 point and 12 point and the packages aren't clearly marked so make sure you look inside the socket and get the right one.
*ATM* the metric set is back in stock for free ship to home…

The above said, I wasn't aware and not sure how many others are aware that HFT is using Chrome Vanadium for their impact sockets? They are thicker walled for impact duty, but Chrome Vanadium is definitely not the best metal for impact duty. HFT offers a lifetime warranty on the sockets, but warrantying sockets are a PITA, and HFT has been out of a lot of stuff as of late, so having to warranty cracked sockets is def not ideal.
Does anyone know if the finish on these Husky sockets is a smooth finish as in the picture? I've purchased black impact sockets in the past that LOOK like they have a smooth finish in their ad pics, but when you see them in person, the finish is much rougher. The higher quality smooth finish is definitely preferable if that's the case.
