These are great. I get a few every year for gifts, really have an outsized value for folks who cook and haven't discovered them yet. Saves on gooping up your sponges and microfiber pads when used as a first-pass.
Much better than the OXO scraper that costs nearly twice as much, and was not very good at all at actually scraping; too much rubber, not enough hard-edged plastic. This model has the right combination of both.

For cast iron I would recommend a chainmail scrubber. I use one all the time and it works great. I think this plastic scraper would get torn up on cast iron.​
