Nopes and in 3000 series, no concept of Max-Q or Max-P. There is just maximum supported and manufacturers can choose whatever TGP in between. XPS has a 45W rtx 3060...This is in fact closer to the max TGP of RTX 3060, 115w.

The performance is similar to 15.6" Omen. Currently review available for only the Ryzen version of this laptop with RTX 3060. However, that will give you good idea about the build quality, Display quality, look & Feel and GPU performance. Check that below:

OMG, it is impossible to cancel HP order, despite the order is not expected to be shipped till Dec 21.
My advice to everyone is NEVER BUY HP.
If they won't even cancel the order when they still have one and a half months till ship date, do you think they will stand behind their warranty?

HP gambles with our money.
They charge your credit card as soon as you hit the submit button and goes to Las Vegas gambles and you just wait wait wait.
Want to cancel?
Good luck with that too.
You will be bitting your nails waiting for the cancelation request for another 5 days or so.
Can't believe this is not an illegal practice.
Make sure you are 110% sure

Perhaps they got better? I ordered this laptop Nov8; HP confirmed that they sent it out to ship on Nov10 (today)
Hopefully it arrives within another week.
