Deal HistoryÂ
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Here is what happened last week. Target had an i3 HP 15 laptop on special for $339.99 - https://www.target.com/p/hp-15-6-34-laptop-with-windows-home-in-s-mode-intel-core-i3-11th-gen-proces...[target.com] . (It is now priced at $429.99 as the deal is over.) Walmart had posted in advance the deal on the i3 (not the one the subject of this thread) that is taking place this week for $279 - https://www.walmart.com/ip/HP-15-.../416132914 . The i3 in the Walmart was not the same as the i3 in the Target (i3-1115G4 vs i3-1125G4), still many folks were able to get Target to price match the Walmart model and get $60 back off of the $339.99 price. Others were not successful doing this. In any event, the Target deal is over now.

Does Walmart guarantee Black Friday pricing like Best Buy advertises?
return window for Best buy is all the way to January 16th or something, so I bought a laptop to sit on until the dust settles
This laptop would be a better deal than I got, save for the silver keyboard and suggestions (especially for aging eyes), that it can be difficult to see.
Excellent deal when live. TU.

Can't you just reinstall a clean Windows? Oh, the article is 4 years old.
Normally yes; however with the new Windows update system, it *** automatically pulls dependent drivers from the hardware provider.
That article is relevant even for today you can just Google and see it.
we've done several reinstalls and they have HP analytics and other sorts of monitoring drivers automatically re-installed even if you stop in processes, it they managed to restart I don't know how.
It won't let you delete the process because it says there's another dependent process and hunting down all the myriad of processes is a nightmare.
