The TigerDirect being referred to as decades old is incorrect. The name has been purchased and resold by different holding companies… the real store and warehouse no longer exist. Everything now is essentially drop ship… not judging this deal, just informing everyone you really have no idea where this product is shipping from… and if you have any issues, don't have high expectations for the getting 100% resolution.

About half a year ago Tiger direct had an m1 macbook air with 16gb ram/512gb storage for something like 800$ as a price error, and after cancelling my order they offered me 10% off my next order. I wonder if it's too late to redeem that on this

Call BB price matching. They are giving us different answers. Some got price matching. Some said $100 off. I got "We dont price match this".

As a business buyer for the past year.. this is accurate from my experience. I had a GPU that was defective and my rep was not available so I tried calling the main line. I shit you not, of 5 reps I called, ALL hung up on me after 10-15 seconds of me mentioning return/RMA. At person 4 and 5, I was literally just testing the waters and making small conversation to see if it's an issue with the line. Nope! Perfectly fine for 5-10 minutes but when I mention return for a defective item the line drops shortly after. I ended up getting through my rep but went to the manufacture myself and got the item replaced. But wow. I was trying to return a 900$ part out of a 4.5k order.

I also recently ordered a batch of parts and 4 of 10 items were missing. About 2500$ worth. It's been 2-3 weeks and I have been promised a refund but have not received one yet.

Order at your own risk/ have a good backup plan like Amex!
