Premier are made (or at least assembled) in the USA, much higher quality. These feel very light, cheap. Coating doesn't last long on either, 1-2 years. Can get warranty replacement but a big hassle in my experience.
It's been a total paradigm shift.
Been using them for over a month, and they definitely outperform my other non-sticks (t-fal and all-clad non stick d5) ... Even when comparing brand-new to brand-new.

Came here to say the same. Don't even need to be a member, just have an account with BBB so you get the coupons every month, or sign up for email or texts from them. You'll get 20% off the current sale pricing of $99.99. $79.99 out the door (plus tax), so $10 cheaper than this deal.

I wouldnt call it misleading since it is technically printed right there on the box. The same thing applies to video card "lifetimes"
Regardless of that, I am under no illusion that any of the "lifetime" warranties are truly lifetime. Already been there and done that. All-Clad refused to honor their "lifetime" warranty (with no indicated time limit) for my D5 non-sticks, citing that this is normal "Wear and tear." The non-stick properties no longer worked as well as they should.
So far, they have been great, and there is simply no other set in the price range which does non-stick, metal tools, and is induction-compatible. Time will tell if it actually lasts 10-years. (if it does, I easily won).
But the All-Clads only lasted two years. The T-Fal is actually still pretty non-stick (amazing as it only cost me like $20), but it does not work on induction, and has hot-spots.
About a week later I got a new pot and lid (they didn't want the defective one back).
My pot/lid was too old (they didn't have the identical model anymore), but they sent me their latest equivalent.
