After one android update that was released probably around a year ago(I honestly don't remember) the phone would randomly crash multiple times per day. It would just freeze and then I'd get a popup saying the system crashed. I had the phone replaced 3 times, same issue every time. No way to roll back to an android version without it.
It was frustrating to the point of being unusable. If you don't plan on doing something with the software, which I can't say what would even work, I would skip.

Picked one up even thought it's debatable I actually need it....
If I can sell my 12/256 OP7 Pro for even 150, then I upgraded for circa $130 (was 280 after tax and $10 for faster shipping). Cant beat that.
Has less ram/storage than my OP7 Pro, but 8GB RAM is enough and I'm not a big storage user.
Main advantages: 5G support, a less curved screen (I believe), SD 865, a fresh battery (feel like battery life on my 2.5 yr old Pro is flagging). I also like that I got it in black, not a big fan of blue like my OP7, aquamarine green on the op8 etc. another minor thing i'm excited about is sunlight visibility on my op7 is decent but not fantastic. this one supposedly has a brighter screen max.
For this cheap I'll ask questions later. Overall it'll be a new toy to play with. Again for the price even if I only get a year out of it who cares. This also means I now have the option of giving away my Op7 to friends or family.

this is clearly a one off issue with your particular phone. it's like saying i bought a bmw and the engine crapped a week later, noone buy a bmw.
edit: i see you claim 3x replacement. probably user error. never had major issues and i'm sure i wont with this.
my op7 has a bug where sometimes audio plays from a recently closed app even though the source is nowhere to be found (like a podcast app), i have to open the last used apps and close it from there, but these kinds of things are not a big deal. just got a fw update the other day who knows might have fixed it.
