Free installation won't include transformer replacement (if needed), that's a separate service which is 49.99 installed. This one requires that you have an existing doorbell wired in your home. Doorbell will ring your indoor chime but it can be disabled via nest app if you prefer to just use app and/or smart speakers to announce. Really nice if you have more than 1 doorbell as it announces which doorbell is "ringing". Can also set quiet times for kids naptime or if you're doing video meetings.
The Nest subscription is $60 or $120 if paid annually, both of which include all nest cameras not per cam. $60 includes 30 day event history, familiar faces and zones to prevent alerts. $120 adds another 30 day history and 10 days of 24/7 history. Without subscription you can look back 3 hours only.
The OnTech + membership is good for a year and doesn't auto renew. It includes 10% off products and 10-20% off installation. Return window is increased to 60 days. The OnTech Smart Support app gives you unlimited tech support via call (US based) or chat and through handy how-to guides.
So I actually opted out of the free installation as it looked to be a month out in my area and It should be simple. It also said if you do need a transformer for it to work with your existing chime that they would charge $65 for that (which might be worth it to others, but not me). I also didn't add the google mini so that I could use code "dish10" to get an extra $13.50 off the price of the doorbell. I have 2 unused mini's at the moment anyway.

I added 2 of the doorbells and removed one in the cart - there are still 2 google mini's showing in cart for free. Just a heads up if anyone else wants to try.

maybe I'm not understanding this additional deal you've outlined but should the checkout total be $135+$5? Or am I misunderstanding this? Seems super slick if so

Weird… Nest Mini is not showing up as free. Does it get deducted at the final page? Also, can we combine this with MyQ offer? That one is showing as $99 when I add it to the cart
I have one and installed it myself. You don't need someone to do it for you. Stick the remote on the garage door and mount the unit with screw or 3m stickies to the wall. Hardest part is syncing with your drive unit but mine was 15 years old and it only took 5 minutes...
but I guess for $5 it is a good deal..for a second I thought it was an actual garage door opener

For the MyQ, it's not really worth it since you won't get it for $5 without signing up for an installation that you're actually paying for.
Net-net, this deal is good because you're basically get the the Nest Hello wired and Google Mini for $147 after taxes and installed.
