I just received mine yesterday and now have to take it back apart and return. The amr rest is dented in and there is a tear in the back. besides the damage, I don't like the fact that there is now way to adjust the pressure of the recline as it reclines too easy without resistance. Now, you can lock it in a recline position but that's it.

Used this chair for 10 days and the seat already flattened. I am a 200lb guy and my previous office chair held me for 1 year before the base flattened out. And the armrests are wobbly no matter how many times you tighten the screws.
