Deal Instructions:
- Open McDonald's App (Android or iOS)
- Go to Home (if you are not already on it)
- At Top of App, Select View Deals
- Scroll down to find the deal for today
- Open Offer and Select Add to Mobile Order or Use at Restaurant (steps below for Mobile Orders)
- Select Use Deal when you are ready
- Confirm Details and Add to Order
- Select "No Thanks" if you do not want extras added to order
- Click Order More to choose a $1+ minimum item
- Select Choose Payment Option to proceed with checkout
- Select Place Order

It will take my email address, but then instead of letting me enter my password it says it will send me an email to avoid having to enter a password. The email never comes to Inbox or Spam. I tried clearing the Storage and Cache in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Customer service is the worst. I sent them three reports of this and they only send me a canned response to call a number. I've tried to call the number many times. I usually get either (a) no answer or (b) a McDonald's ad followed by 10 minutes of music and then disconnected.
I did set up a new account with a different email address, but what about the lost pts???
