This is a misunderstanding of the current literature. Much of this was shown in in vitro or mouse models. Mice absorb more sucralose than humans. At normal dosages for humans (sucralose is incredibly potent as a sweetener and dosed low), it's probably not a concern based on what human data we do have.

A 200lb human would need to eat more than 40 packets of sucralose to go above the recommended daily limit.

While there are newer studies, nothing conclusive. One thing that does come up is that it's not good in baked goods, as it becomes chemically unstable. So not good for baking with it or consuming it in many baked goods. Protein powders, drinks, etc seem fine for now.

I believe colostrum is the very earliest milk produced after birth. Its very thick and sweet. Don't ask me how I know. It's really nutritionly dense and gives the immune system a massive boost. Im getting some mad max vibes.
