How? You literally roll up to the checkout, scan an item (or look it up), and put it in the bag. You'll get used to it over time.

The problem is people looking at every single item like it somehow magically appeared in their cart. Don't look at it, just scan it and go.

If you're talking about the online checkout, I completely agree with you. I've been turned off buying from walmart many times just because it's so cluttered. And if there's unavailable / out of stock items in your cart, it's even more of a mess. Information overload + Not Enough Info. It's horrible
