Disclaimer: this is sightly exaggerated to rile up Sony fans' emotion. I was a fan too once upon a time. I wish Sony made reasonable products. Why can't I buy x90j in 85" and why the heck the x91j missing xr and cognitive? Crazy!! Why would you then call it "91"? At least call it x89j may be. Pure stupidity
BTW, a while ago I called Sony engineers kindergarteners who know their alphabets. Every year they put a new alphabet without changing anything. These are all coming from a frustrated buyer (me) who really wanted a Sony TV (my last one was a Sony) but couldn't find a Sony that even comes close to QN90A (the one i ended up buying). Note: I don't believe in OLEDs, picture quality or what not. I have a very bright room and with kids, most of my TV watching is during daytime. Not to mention burn in risk. And before you claim OLED burn in risk is overhyped just follow the insurance providers. They are the expert and they have the data. That's why they are so reluctant to cover burn in.
Now you tell me which number looks better, particularly for a bright room. Don't look with aggregate score (which is also within margin of error. 8.8 vs, 8.6. Check this book if you have time: https://smile.amazon.co
EDIT: please don't forget the crazy markup Sony wants for basically an LG panel with a mediatek processor (I know there could be a co-processor). I paid $2806 with tax included for my 85" Samsung QN90A. This 65" will actually cost more than that
Edit 2: As I am typing this message, my QN90A is literally stuck with some picture in paused mode. I could care less. I would have a higher blood pressure just thinking when to pause and when to turn off A90J. Refer to my earlier post about insurance companies. OLED burn in is real.

Yep sony is pricey but if you compare local dimming led prices they'd be comparable to what youve listed for the Samsung panel. I'm not arguing with you but you're comparing apples and oranges. The Sony flagship OLED is a great tv as is the Samsung tv you have. They are for different audiences applications, in my opinion.
More than a quarter of the price off on a flagship tv from a retailer such as this one is a fairly decent deal. But that's just my opinion. *shrug
