Here's the way to think of the Roborock lineup. They are all great vacuums:
E2/E3/S4/S5/S6 - All older models to be avoided unless it's an amazing deal.
E4 / E5 - Very similar vacuums. Excellent bargain choice for a small home (or floor of a home) where you just want it to vacuum the entire place on a schedule every time. No LIDAR navigation. No mapping of rooms. No partial vacuuming. The E4 came out before the current Roborock app was released, so it uses an older app. The E5 uses the newer app where you can see where your robot is.
S4Max / S6 Pure - Very similar vacuums. Sophisticated LIDAR navigation, rooms, zones, levels, no-go zones. The S4Max is vacuum only and really the best model for most people. The S6 Pure adds a very basic mopping feature (the mop is either on or off: Attach the reservoir and it wipes your floor with water.)
S5 Max / S6 MaxV - Very similar vacuums. Choose the S5 Max if mopping is important to you. These models have an electronic water tank for mapping out smarter mopping/no-mopping zones. (The S6 MaxV adds obstacle avoidance cameras that theoretically will steer around dog poop. Not worth the price.)
S7 - Newest model that vibrates while it mops, to theoretically clean better. Also has an expensive self-emptying option.
Roborock makes great products. I recommend S4 Max for most people, S5 Max for those who insist they want mopping.
And this is a great deal.
Since my purchase I've watched several other robovac owners show off their machines and none of them come close to efficiency or cleaning power of my S5 Max. It's a beast of a robovac at this price!

So much more functionality than very old Neato I had years ago. Technology is so much better than it used to be.

Do you think E5 would be good enough? I will be staying here for atleast an year and am pretty clear person so don't mind mopping by swiffer once a week.

E5 is for 240. Difference of $130 from S5 Max

S6 MAX is the Chinese T7 PRO with worse charger, floor matt etc. Only thing similar in the S5 MAX is the updated motor location (Same with s4 max/s6pure) (vs s50/s6) and bigger E tank design.
The standard S6 uses the original S50 platform. It has better build (IMO) than the P5 models, but updates are cut off. You also get the better charger, floor mat etc.. 2 filters, 2 washable filters, disposables.. Its now discontinued in NA or so it seems.
