Not trying to thread-crap, but these have been available at $1699 from KEF direct, Crutchfield and Amazon for awhile? Is there a coupon specifically for BB that would lower them further?

Haven't heard these, yet. But looking forward to it.

Thought I might at the NY Audio Show.... which was supposed to be in about a month.... but it's been postponed.

I'm a long-time Kef owner. My latest are LS50's midnight edition with an SVS S1000 sub. Great combo.

Being able to use BB points on the R3 is definitely an asset.

Just bought the R2c center (didn't know it was on sale before BF). Hoping it's a step up from my single Q150 operating as a center. Saw the R3's on sale too but I don't know if I can stomach the cost of both purchases lol the Q150's will serve their LR duties for now.

Sorry for rezzing this post, but what did you get the R2C for? I see they're on sale for $999 right now, but did you get it for cheaper?
